You're pretty non-evil. You're a little bit off of being all good, but you tend to still be orderly and peaceful. You aren't the bad person at all...for the most part.

all my latest posts seem to be, kay, i went here, saw that, went there, saw that. and this one isn't likely to be any different. went to (ha) the edinburgh zoo yesterday. went past every single enclosure in the entire zoo, took us like 6 1/2 hours. lol. saw the penguin parade, where they let the penguins out for a little march, was very funny, and really cute, got a couple of pics, i hope they turn out okay. the macaroni penguins were esp cute. if you happen to see a picture of em you'll see what i mean *giggle*

the only down point of the whole visit was the screaming kids on school excursions *roll* i'm not a kid person in the first place.. and i swear if i worked there and had to deal with them day in and day out, i'd prolly bash a couple of them over the head with a shovel and chuck them in to the lions. *cough* *innocence* but seriously, even the chimps behaved better. lol. was this bit in the chimps enclosure where you could look in on the chimp playground, and just above it, (by chance? I think not) was the childrens playground. and the kids were pushing and shoving each other, screaming at the top of their lungs and crying etc, and the chimps were playing together quite happily. lol.

someone in the lab just asked me if i'd worked as a secretary before. *laugh* suppose my typing skills have been improving then. *grin*

may join ZQ and Peiyi and Xuefen in Glasgow next weekend for a trip up to the isle of skye, and loch lomond, st andrews etc, hopefully anyway. that would be fun i reckon. give me a chance to speak singlish for a while too. *grin*

went to dynamic earth on saturday, it was -fantastic-. absolutely brilliant. they sorta took you through all the stages of early life, through the dinosaurs and then through the different habitats of life on earth. each habitat had a room of it's own, and very good effects. my favourite was the arctic one though, they had a huge block of ice, and i mean huge, right in the middle of the room. fantastic.

the seabird sanctuary wasn't as wonderful. the furthest we've been from edinburgh though. an hour+ bus ride to Berwick upon Tweed. we had a telescope view of Bass Rock though, which is this really big breeding site for seabirds, and it's breeding season, so there was like 100,000 birds on it. saw guillemots, puffins, black backed gulls, and loads more. *shakes her head* amazing.

had a proper like pie and chips thing while we were there too. was a really small village, so I suppose the guy there knew practically everyone, he asked where we were from, and when i said singapore, he was like, "She (pointing at jieru) looks like she's from singapore, you don't." Lol. i wasn't up to a long explanation, so i just let it pass. made a nice change from all the people who seem to think I can't speak english though. :p

also, saw this guy on the bus reading 'A Darkness at Sethanon', one of my fave books, and now i've got this craving to read the whole riftwar series. argh. i need a library, and not one like the one in my building either, which, though pretty big, is all scientific books and journals. (kinda want to spend a day or so in there reading though, was walking around it the other day, and seems like there's quite a lot of interesting books.)

myself and jieru are still getting on fairly well, though slightly strained i suppose, nothing too noticeable though, so it will prolly pass pretty quickly. that's the problem with the way they paired us though, our personalities are miles apart, and though we're alright with each other, we're never going to be, as anne of green gables said, "kindred spirits". ah well. i'm sure we'll be able to get on for the next 3 1/2 mths. i hope.

a1 are apparently going to be nearby in glasgow on june 16th. i'm thinking of going, cos Blue and another coupla bands are going to be there, but i'm still stuck on the 18 ticket price. *shudder* and, god knows i'll prolly get lost. lol. i do want to go though, just to see the look on mark's face. *laugh* sorta like, oh my god, what are you doing here? *snicker* we'll see how the money stretches.
