ha! ha! ha! *does a victory dance* *grin* it's oooooover. seriously, what was i thinking in the first place? lol. okay, so i know what i was thinking, he is bloody cute after all. *grin* especially today. however, the personality and priorities and values leave a LOT to be desired. *shudder* what is it with some guys and their macho idiot thing? it's so not attractive. *sparkle* i'm not going into detail here because well, that would mean a long long post, but suffice it to say, eurgh. ick. squick. *grin* thanks to all the members of my unofficial support group, it's been good! and now, it's over. next! *laugh*

'scuse me, i need to go wash the cigarette smoke residue off my face. pity i can't do the same thing for my lungs.

today was rather relaxing. :) met sarah in school to discuss our LSSS report that's due on monday. we decided to do it on epilepsy, and some of the case studies we saw of related psychosis were rather scary. eep. anyhow, need to bash out a 2000 word report hopefully by tomorrow. haha. as if. *cough* can try though. :)

met my mum later, went to look for a black dress at far east that i wanted so much, but it was gooooone. *weeps and wails* i'm heartbroken! *sniffle* damn damn damn! but ended up buying shampoo, conditioner and a facial cleanser, came up to about $50 of stuff that i wouldn't have bought myself so i guess s'all good. *smile*

received another compliment today from a friend's friend. a very nice one. ooh. haha. i could get used to this.

ahh, and all is now clear. lol. his friend asked him for my number. goodness, thought what. heh. hardly worth the hoo-ha. anyhow, am relatively proud of myself, think i have, or will at any rate, make it clear that the only way that we're going to revive this 'thing', is if he's serious about it. i can't be bothered to go into it if he's going into it half-assed, y'know? and since i doubt that that will happen, i'm open to other offers. hahaha. or not. *ponder* more trouble than it's worth usually. but hey, i'm rediscovering my self respect when it comes to him, deserves some kind of an award surely? *sparkle*

bloody hybridoma. *grumble* the common test, (worth 25% *wibble*) did NOT go well. *sigh* oh, i'll definitely pass, but that's hardly the point is it? may get an A i suppose, if he's suitably lenient, but still! bah! lost 10 marks on one question, because the ratio of splenocytes to myeloma cells was 10:1, and i put 1:10! no wonder the number i got was so weird. hahaha. oops.

met him today, before the test, he came up to the 5th floor of the library to look for me. lol. which was quite an event in the first place. haha. think it was just to get information from me about one of his friends that i spoke to yesterday for like, 5 minutes. lol. i'm not quite sure what's going on there, but he appeared to think his friend was coming on to me. it's quite strange how having competition affects him. *laugh* anyway, i'm not too bothered, yet. :) too tired maybe. *g*

now, LSSS to do. it's strange when you think that everyone else that finishes their common tests is like, ooh, they're over, let's go out! and when we finished our test today, the first thing we did was go to the library and print out some research papers, then do our logbook, -then- have lunch, at 3! and then! back to the lab to check on our cultures and talk to our supervisor.

oh, and, our bacteria grew! dammit. well, i would've complained whether or not it grew really, but this is the option that requires much more work. *sigh* back into the lab next week to restreak it, then we have to do the riboprinting, then dna extraction and 50++ PCRs. dammit, dammit, dammit. why is the final year project for my course so difficult!?!? almost every other course has simpler ones or none at all, not bloody projects that take up almost all your waking hours. *cry* i'm too drained to think about this. *sigh* later. :)

it's been a pretty alright coupla days i suppose. :) the proteomics common test today was easy, and all the torturous memorisation paid off. *grin* yay!

yesterday i was studying with shannie at the mcdonalds at PS til late, then went to meet damon at citilink, ended up sitting out at the esplanade waterfront chatting for a while, and trying to avoid looking at the couple making out near us. hahaha. so got back.. erm.. late. haha. late considering i had a test the next day that is. also, met nora in school today cos she was applying to mass comm at ngee ann, so g'luck to her! *smile*

still haven't contacted him at all, makes it 4 days now. *grin* hey, it's good kay, sarah didn't reckon i'd last this long, she told me this afternoon! haha. come to think of it, neither did i. *grin* guess it's kinda due to all the support i've been getting lately, mainly from sarah, kane, gillian and even dr gandhi! (who told me bluntly to stay away from him. haha. my lecturers are cool man. *beam* and she's the loveliest one around.) so yea, it's been easier lately. *smile*

so now proteomics is over, on to studying hybridoma, still haven't even looked at my notes yet, neither have we started on the 2000 word LSSS report, or our 10000 word final year project report, both of which are due next week. *beatific smile* i love my life. *groan*
